Mike Mills

Sales, St. Louis

Mike joined the Howard Concrete Pumping team in 2010.  Prior to joining Howard, Mike worked for a concrete flatwork and pumping contractor in the St Louis market for nearly 25 years.
 
Mike began his career as a laborer in the highway market and worked for 5 years on various projects throughout the St. Louis area.  Mike started as a concrete pump operator operating a Whiteman P-100 boom pump before becoming proficient in newer Putzmeister boom pump and trailer pumps  Mike pumped concrete for the construction of highest building in the St Louis skyline – One Metropolitan Square.  Mike was asked to move into the office to be in charge of the pumping operations, purchases and scheduling of equipment and supplies that the company used. Additionally, Mike was in charge of sales, parts and service since the contractor was also a concrete pump dealership for the central portion of the United States.  Mike has been a hard-worked since his days in high school where he worked the night shift in a sawmill.
 
Mike lives in St Charles, Missouri with his wife Beth. He enjoys hunting and fishing and they camp, ride side by sides, ride their Harley, boat, and spend time with their children and 6 grandsons and friends.
